Catheter ablation with radiofrequency energy has rapidly become the treatment of choice in many cases of symptomatic refractory supraventricular tachycardia. This report describes its use in a patient with Wolff-Parkinson- White syndrome and symptomatic tachycardia. Both the utility and limitations of the procedure are discussed.
